Personality: Toboe is normally a quite individual, watching patently before deciding upon what to do and acting, after that she is unflinching in her resolve to see it thought, regardless if its her own life on the line, knowing too well the difference of what seems right and what IS right, she does not strive for idlest dreams like vast power over a large group of people ‘world dominion’ as some put it, nor attacking randomly in a self proclaimed title of being some keeper of balance, such things in her eyes where not things to be grasp by like likes of Shinigami or hollows, or anything in-between, dreams like that are as hard to grasp like ones breath on a cold winters day.
Toboe never fights out of aggression, needing something to fight for gives her strength and only calls on her powers to defend what is dear to her, having something taken from her is, for her, worst then death itself. When he is in a fight she will fight valiantly, but only as long that is needed, if she only needs to buy time, then she will till she can retreat, however she is not afraid to kill if it is needed, but seeing as she normally only draws her powers for defence no one had seen the side of her when she is forced to kill.
Appearance:
History/Background: as a human Toboe was just your average animal loving kid. Always reading something about domestic or wild animals, and forever trying to bring home strays (but she normally just took them to a no kill shelter) or spending time with her pet dog, in school she was not that well liked only having one or two friends, did well in her classes but was never really ‘outstanding’ and was quite happy with her everyday life, that was till her mother died. She was killed in a car crash, Toboe was in the car as well but she had a saving grace that was her seatbelt, her mother had not been wearing one and had been thrown through the window when they crashed killing her almost instantly.
Toboe suffered a few broken bones but was otherwise ok, but losing her mother had been a mager blow. She seemed more withdrawn, not talking to anyone even her father, who oddly seemed to be taking it quite well and in under a year had remarried to another woman, a tall thin woman with golden hair and a tan to match toped off with blue eyes. It all seemed ok at first, she was kind to Toboe but later she just became tolerant of her husbands child, and it only got worse when her stepmother feel pregnant, first Toboe found herself removed from her bedroom, being told that it would be needed for the baby as she was stuffed into the small box room that should only be used as a storage room at best and not a bedroom, but that she could live with but her step mothers next demand was something that brought Toboe to tears.
She was told to get rid of the dog, to get rid of her best friend. She tried to fight this, her canine companion was always clean and would not harm anything but still it was always the same thing, “I want that filthy beast gone”, and what ever her step mother wanted she got, no ifs, ands or buts and so it was with a heavy heart and a tear stained face that she gave away her only true friend in the world. Toboe stopped eating for days after that, she never talked to anyone why she always seemed so down, not that any really asked her or tried to talk to her, and she became even more isolated after the baby was born, a girl that looked just like her mother.
Toboe pretty much lost what was left of her family after that. Ignored even when she broke her arm, she felt so alone, she stopped fitting in with the rest of them a long time ago, and this was made painfully clear after her step-mothers third child was born, as blond haired and blue eyes as the rest of them. When they where out on a ‘family’ trip and someone came up and asked her step mother if she was adopted, to which she replayed that she was just the child from her husbands last marriage, as the years past Toboe grew more bitter and hateful to wards her and it all came to a head when she was 19. Toboe was driving her home from the shops when she was doing nothing but bitching at her in the car, reaching her limit Toboe put her foot down and drove the car into a wall, killing them both.
During her time in Soul Society Toboe was a quite person, even more so when she joined the academy. But she found out that she had natural healing abilities and good Kido control, so it was natural that she found herself in the 4th Division on graduation, and for once in a very long time Toboe found some where that she fit into and belong and her happiness only increased when she achieved Shikai, it felt like she had gotten her old friend back at last, but after a year or two something else had gotten her interest as well, the captain of the 5th Division, Ryuujin Shirosaki.
She tried to ignore it at first, thinking it nothing more then a crush on the dragon horned male, but after time she knew it was more then that. She worked even harder to try and gain his attention, she knew it would be almost imposable seeing as he was a captain of another Division, but regardless she still tried, gaining her Bankai and over time mastering it, gaining silver hair and wolf ears as a mark of this, but only two people knew of her Bankai and that was the 4th Captain herself and the one she looked to as a sister, the 2nd Division captain Sunari, but only Sunari-san knew of her crush on Ryuujin.
When the time came and the old 4th Division Captain was promoted to squad zero Sunari put forward Toboe as the replacement, her zanpakuto naturally proving why she was always in the 4th as she was later appointed the spot of the 4th Captain.
RP Sample:The silver haired woman lay there curled snugly under her blanket, hugging onto her pillow as she dreamed of a particular dragon horned man. The early morning sun was starting to rise over Soul Society, the koi in their pond were swimming with new energy at the sight of dawn, but Toboe, captain of the 4th Division was still in bed and showing no signs of waking for her early morning routes, it was a good job she had a good alarm clock then. The sunlight started to shine on the green and gold zanpakuto that was resting on the table by the window, from under the katana moss and grass started to rapidly grow across the table before a lump of dark green and black moss feel to the ground, taking the form of a small wolf pup as it unfurled, two dark brown eyes peered out from its mossy fur, up at the bed where its owner was sleeping.
The bed was not that tall, but it seemed like it for the small moss ball, it crouched down, giving its rearend a little wiggle before leaping onto the covers. Hulling its small lupine body up onto the bed the thing hardly made the matrices dip as it move, like its body was weightless, it walked over Toboe’s body as it tried to wake her. Coming to a stop on the pillow she was hugging it pawed at her arm, sounding out small wines and yipps as it tried to pull her from slumber. With a grumble Toboe opened her green eyes looking up at the happy looking mossling,
“A few more minutes,” she mumbled trying to drift off again, only to be jumped on by the pup.
“Fine,” she sighed as she admitted defeat this time and got up, and heading towards the shower. The pup meanwhile just crawled its way under the nicely body warmed sheets.
