Personality: Tatsuo is a Pure Drunken Genius. Not only when it comes to research/technology but also when it comes to fighting. Even though 95% of the time he is completely drunk, He keeps his composure well. Through his years of constant drinking Tatsuo has trained his mouth and lips to act as if he was perfectly sober. The only reason know he is drunk is because the smell of Sake emitting from his body. Tatsuo is very loud, obnoxious, a ladies man, perverted, a sweet talker, friendly, care-free, and very laid back. Even with the responsibilities as the 12th Captain he stays drunk. He believes it helps him focus even though he usually starts something then wonders off. Procrastinating is one of his best qualities but once he actually sits down and works his creations are flawless.

History/Background:

Tatsuo was born a Ryoka in the 6th District of Rukongai. His mother was the 12th Squad Captain while his father was the 11th Squad Lieutenant. Tatsuo was introduced to both worlds simultaneously. His father was always making him train while his mother keep his eyes and mind in the books. Tatsuo enjoyed both ways of the worlds but enjoyed his Mother's world more due to the fact he could be lazy and not work as hard. He knew that being a part of the 11th Squad meant constant fighting which would never allow him to sleep and be lazy. Tatsuo enjoyed being a Ryoka and was never planning on joining the Gotei 13 in spite of his father's wishes.

Years had pass as Tatsuo begun to steal things from his mother to make his own creations. The First thing that Tatsuo created was a Hollow Box. The Box was suppose to allow Tatsuo to communicate with the Hollow but instead it acted like a beacon. Before Rukongai knew it was crawling around with Gillians. Tatsuo's father and his squad was the first on the scene dispatching the hollows. Even though the 11th Squad was dispatching the Gillians rather quickly more and more Gillians type hollows begun to appear. Tatsuo realize that they were drawn to his box and the only way to stop them from appearing was to destroy it. While running Across the street of Rukongai a powerful red beam was fired from a Gillian.

Tatsuo father quickly came to the rescue of his son sacrificing himself for his son. Tatsuo knew he couldn't hesitate or his father's death would have been in vain. Tatsuo quickly destroyed the box as the Hollow begun to shrink in number before they were all gone. Tatsuo ran over to his father who was a bloody mess from the Cero but manage to say a couple of words. "Make...me....proud....son" Tatsuo's father said before passing away. Tatsuo knew there was only one way to make his father proud which was to join and go through the Shinigami Academy. The prodigy genius finished the school within the first year and due to his excellent scores the Captain Commander appointed him to the 12th Squad under his mother.

Tatsuo didn't mind working with his mother as he had learned a lot of things from her. Years begun to pass as the Mother and Son grew closer before she caught a deadly virus. Tatsuo stayed inside of the research facilities trying to come up with a cure or a way he could slow it down. Even though he knew nothing about medicine he was able to save his mother life for the time being. The Captain Commander was impressed with Tatsuo knowledge and intellect. A couple of days had passed since the recovery of his mother as Tatsuo was asked to take the Captain Exams. Tatsuo had passed with flying colors becoming the Captain of the 12th Squad. Shortly after become a Captain his mother passed away and with her death, Tatsuo begun to drink. At first it started off just a couple times a week but after years had pass he was a full fledged drunk. Drinking every waking minute he was up and allowed.

'Clomp...Clomp...Clomp...Clomp...Clomp' Was the sound that echo down the busy streets of Rukongai. On the bottom of his sandals were metal plates that made very distinct sounds when pressed into the ground. Tatsuo, Was doing what he did best. He was bar hopping while hitting on all of the pretty ladies. The Ryoka had gotten pretty use to seeing the 12th Squad Captain wondering the streets drunk. If it wasn't for his haori symbolizing that he was a Captain he would have blended in perfectly with the Ryoka. Even though he wore a beautiful blue and white kumino over his Haori that reached to the front of his shoulders. Majority of the time when Tatsuo visited the districts of Rukongai he always hid his Zanpaktou behind his back using his Kimino to cover it up. While in the walls of the Seireitei he always keep it on his left hip which was attached to his belt.

In his left handle was a half of bottle of Sake. The rope tied to the Sake was around his wrist to insure that no one would try and take it from him. While his right hand held on to a nice long smoking pipe. Tatsuo wasn't like many of the other Captains. He was very friendly and polite even though he was drunk he was always some what aware of what he was doing. His dark blue eyes lit up like lights when he entered the next tavern to interact with the Ryoka. A big smile shoot across his face when he noticed to beautiful drunk Ryokas at the bar. He quickly flash stepped appearing between them putting his arms around them. "Welllllll Hellooooo Ladies, Let me buy you two lovely young things a drink" Tatsuo said with a smile on his face. His voice was very smooth as he let out his words in a soothing pattern to the ears. The ladies laughed with delight accepting the Captain's drinks as they all flirted back in forth all through the night.

Appearance: Tatsuo wears a Straw Hat that has a bright blue flower on top of it. He also wears a white and blue Kimino over his Captain uniform that is decorated with baby blue snowflakes and teal blue ice crystals.

^The Unique thing about his Kimino and Straw hat as they work as Reiatsu blocking keeping 80% of his Reiatsu locked away. The Straw Hat keeps 30% of his Reiastu locked away while the Kimino keeps 50% of his Reiatsu locked away. The reason Tatsuo created these two items as members of his Divisions when around him were starting to be crushed by his spiritual pressure hardly being able to move when he was around. The only reason Tatsuo spiritual pressure oozes out of his body because when he is drunk he so care free that he doesn't think about holding it in. He just lets it flow out naturally.
