Rairin's Zanpakuto

Usagi has some dread fascination with white hares, and has endowed herself with a pair of white bunny ears in place of her former horns. It is unknown to Rairin whether they are real or not. In fact, Usagi is not even her true name, but she refuses to Release under any other title.

Sealed Zanpakutou: When in it's Sealed state Usagi takes the form of two Tanto; making it a rare dual-blade type. The sheathes for each are a finely polished, sleek black. Each blade is purely white like snow, and have little to no shine. As such, they appear to be made of radiant energy rather than metal; however this is just a trick of the eye. Each hilt is wrapped tightly in black cloth that extends past the butt end of the weapon by a foot or so. Due to the Zanpakuto's nature and Element, as the blades are drawn each sheath seemingly dissolves, yet are resummoned when needed.

Shikai: When in it's first Release, Rairin's Tanto change dramatically, turning into two elbow blades. (They're basically the same concept of a Tonfa, but bladed for use of slashing/piercing rather than bludgeoning.) The name is fitting, as when held correctly the blade's length runs exactly to Rairin's elbow. Despite the small size, they are extremely durable; and also blend well with his natural talent for hand-to-hand combat.

Shikai Ability: The basics of Rairin's Shikai is that it gathers and draws in moister from the atmosphere around him and allows him to manipulate it into attacks, and change ice to water and water to ice. However, this is not a necessity, his own energy can be utilized but additional moisture from his surroundings with empower the attacks greatly. Also, his Reiatsu leaks explosively into the atmosphere upon Release, and can cause weather changes such as rain or snow, thus giving him additional moisture to work with and increasing the power of his attacks. Also, he is capable of lowering the temperature of anything he strikes with his Zanpakuto by a degree or so (Fahrenheit), however this can be prolonged until desired to surprise the enemy. (For instance, Rairin hits the enemy five times. He can lower it by a degree upon each hit, or wait until all five hits have landed to invoke the effect.)

Techniques

Crescent - Rairin is capable of creating highly pressured blasts of water with his weapons and fire them off at impressive speeds that are powerful enough to cut through even buildings. As the name implies, they are crescent waves of energy in shape, and can range up to five feet in length, six inches in thickness. These are incredibly sharp, and do not lose their form upon contact unless willed. Meaning if someone were to slice through them, it would create two waves rather than one, meaning it's best to simply avoid the attack or block it with something akin to a shield (Granted it can withstand the attack). [6 Crescents may be fired before a 4 Turn Cool Down.]

Burning/Frigid Torrent - Spinning one of his weapons at high speeds by the handle (basically giving it the appearance of a handheld helicopter blade), Rairin launches a medium sized blast of water at the opponent shaped and sized roughly around the average Cero for all intents and purposes, traveling at similar speeds as well albeit a little faster. Despite the name, the water is not always heated, though when it is it reaches heat that will boil the opponent on contact and produce a thick, steam-mist twenty feet around the area, greatly obscuring vision. As this steam is filled and produced by Rairin's Reiatsu, he can sense through it while clouding the opponent's capability of doing so. The rotation of the weapon is not necessary either, but creates a spiral within the water to increase the overall destructive power (Which is also compatible to a Cero). The Temperature can also be dropped around or lower than freezing points, thus turning it into a blast of Ice rather than Water (Which he calls "Frigid Torrent"), that will freeze anything it comes into contact with (Excluding Rairin). Size can be varied, and the smaller it is makes it possible for manipulation of it's direction. With a water source readily nearby, the power and size can be heightened. The larger the source, the greater the extent. [Cero-like Blasts require a 3 Turn Cool Down before another can be fired, however smaller attacks do not.]

Hmm....well the only problem i have is the cooldowns. In my opinion they should be higher by a few numbers, so i am going to ask you to highten those...

Haze - An incredibly thick, foggy haze rolls into the vicinity, severely cutting down visibility. Objects greater than three feet away will appear shadow-like, and beyond five feet not at all. Due to the extreme amounts of moisture, opponents will gradually become drenched given prolonged exposure. Much like the steam created from a "Burning Torrent", the mist is composed entirely of water blended with his own Spiritual Energy allowing him to sense through it. The area of effect is greater, covering 35 feet around Rairin's position. Haze made entirely up of water with absolute purity, and will substantially weaken fire-based attacks. Light-based can be dangerous, as Light will reflect off of the incredibly dense fog all about and possibly result in some backlash effects. Naturally, powerful wind attacks will be able to help disperse the mist, either somewhat or completely based upon the strength of both the attack, and opponent's Kido score (Both Level and Rank) in comparison to Rairin's. As all moisture, the haze can be manipulated, but it's hardly attack-oriented at all. [Duration: 5 Turns. Cool Down: 7 Turns.]

Alright shorten the duration to three post, i'm somewhat reluctant to allow it to last any longer than that.
