Note 1: Elite Quincy may have one piece of equipment along with their three starter techs.

Note 2: You may add more Equipment at multiples of 100 points. However, like a Zanpakutou's shikai/bankai if you make Equpment, you cannot make a tech for your Cross, and vice-versa.

Note 3: Due to this, Quincy do not have the ability to invent new things.
