Saito's Zanpakutou

Sealed Zanpakutou: a 47" high steel alloy blade with heat tempered finish. The hardwood hilt is wrapped in elegant white microfiber cording and accented with brass plated pommel and tsuba, And coordinating aluminum sheath.

Shikai: the Zanpakutou itself will amalgamate with Saito’s left hand, becoming a type of gauntlet over his hand. Clearly visible, vaporous, of reiastu constantly spews from octagon shaped cutouts in his knuckle region, the gauntlet has a metallic blue gloss to it, and the silver wrist band wraps around the end.
Shikai Ability: Konki’s shikai, not only makes Saito’s gloves as dense as an arrancars “Hierro” amplifying his fist normal destruction capability tenfold, it also creates a surge of visible steelblue colored reiastu, that can be augmented in numerous ways, to combat his opponent, from both close range or long.

Bankai: the silver rim, once at his wrist, swallows up to both his shoulder blades, the visible, vaporous of reiastu now spew from both his knuckle region, as well his elbows, where yet another octagon shaped opening is placed. His arms now resembled something like that of a knight’s armor, or metallic layers, for movable joints and two large white flames flourishing from behind his shoulders.

Bankai Ability: Konki’s Bankai is essentially a more potent version of its Shikai, as Shikai techniques can be used as well in this stage, only with an increase of potential damage

Techniques:
Shikai tec: (Saltar) by aiming an open palm into the opposite direction, and releasing a surge of retsu from them, he can propel himself from one location to another, at a speed faster than shunpo

Shikai tec: (Corte) a 2 ½ ft long blade, completely derived from densely compressed spiritual energy as dense as an ordinary Zanpakutou that hovers just above his knuckles, bedding at the silver wrist band, it can be launched at an opponent much like certain kido spells, but is rarely done so because of the excessive amount of reiastu that is used to reform it.

Bankai tec: (Gran Tiro) shots of white round reiastu, with a tiny red sphere in its center, (the circumference of the ball is about 29.5 inches) he launched from his hands and feet, coincidently, the blast is so potent, it eats the atmosphere as it trails towards an opponent, causing it to dissolve after more than a few yards, however the trail it leaves behind for roughly 5 minutes, is still visible, and can be harmfully toxic, to direct skin contact, or some lighter materials.

Ah, on to actual modding. Please add cooldowns to the tech's and also what does the blue reiatsu actually do?
