We need a new TAO leader. However, Yuri will temporarily take command until such time as a new leader is appointed. Agito, Shino, and Katsuaki are the current unranked TAO.
Also, all 10 slots are now open.

So I have to wait for three other TAO to join if I want to be 6? but that's boring... I wanna do things fast! Although.... there's nothing going on now... so I'm not likely to meet the leader anytime soon anyway.... geh... I'm going for a run... ja ne!
