Appearance: Shuei has long hair which is originally black, however, he dyed the color into a more purplish-tint that fades into the black. It's hard to see the dye but it is there. He also wears the traditional Shinigami attire. Yet one of the most interesting thing is his eyes are a color of a Crimson-type for unknown reasons, his original eye color was black. Some say it's because of his Zanpakutou. Another weird feature to him is a large scarf that wraps itself onto his neck and down his back shoulder blades like a cape. It looks old and it's color scheme is a light whitish color.

Personality: Shuei is one who can set his emotions aside for a while but for long. Depending on the corresponding situation he is in, then his emotions would react to it or the opposite since Shuei tries to be optimistic as much as he may. Yet whenever he sees someone who annoys him he would be rude, loud, and immature without knowing it. The same goes when he is with someone who he takes a liking when it comes to knowing but he acts more calm, quiet, and shy. You'll always find him calm, reserved, and not much of an interactive person. This is because he is a bit up tight and rather work ahead and not be lazy and be on top of things with alert everyday. All for it to meet his pleasures if seeing things go his way if it is logically right. That is why he is shy or what you call silent. Accepting opinions, ideas, and other things to get a better understanding to just give direct answers. An as for calm, he's always been like that because of his methods that state, "if today is a bad day then make the best for it may be your last", or, "live another day and die another day".

History/Background: *Shuei was born in November 20th, 1986 on a cold night around 3:00am. Doctors say he was one of the calmest and happiest babies to ever been born in the Yokohama Hospital. During this time his father was a policeman and his mother was an artist. His older sister was happy and promised herself to protect him no matter what. Since that day happened everyone's life changed for the better and worst. His sister still kept her promised but ended up trying to torture Shuei day after day. Eventually Shuei did the same thing back, the brother and sister rivalry began. His mother retired from being an artist to take care of his older sister Shuei himself.These three had a normal life. Father would come home late but Shuei would always wait for him to return home late at night. But his father acted the same every story, tired and not much to talk other than tell Shuei to study hard and he won't end up like his old man. Four years had passed since those days and Shuei is now ten and the year is 1995. Shuei began reading manga such as "Flame Of Recca". His favorite. His older sister was about 5 years ahead and was 15 at the time. She still kept an eye out for Shuei whenever he was in a mess of trouble with the boys at school because of his success.

He pretty much was a smart nerd but not a good fighter. The father was promoted Head Chief Administrator of the Police Task Force in Japan and ended up not coming home for weeks on end. During this time Shuei kept studying, learning, and reading. Thanks to the girls at home he was able to do maid work easily and thanks to books he was able to solve questions such as riddles or puzzles. By age 16 he helped his father in two cases of the police investigations. In which he now wanted to be like his dad and put criminals away for good. Unfortunately his father disapproved and tried to convince Shuei to do something else. Father and son argued day after day they met. The son didn't give up and kept studying his way out of high school at age 17. His sister was already in college and away in Tokyo with her boyfriend. Shuei remained at home with his mother and father. As the year went on things went smoothly between the family and their relatives except Shuei and his father. Their connection was like Heaven and Earth. The next year in Chrismas Eve, Shuei gave his father a present. When he opened it he smiled. It was a picture of him and Shuei together back in 1994. His father gave Shuei a present too and it was a book. The book of Japan's legal system of justice.

It was understood these two finally got back together. The next year in May 15th, 2004. Shuei was shot down by one of his father's criminals. Not only did he die in the streets but on that day he was shopping with his sister, mother, and for once his father. All cried in agony and the criminal faced the court, jury, and system that pledged him into lifetime of consultant. When Shuei died he saw his family last moments of his funeral. It was clear to him he was dead, a ghost and he wanted to protect his family. Somehow.. Suddenly a strange creature with a bone head attacked Shuei, just in the nick of time a woman with an axe killed it. She turned over to the boy and sighed while lighting the bottom handle light blue. "W-wait.. Who are you?", Shuei asked a bit startled by the woman. She simply said, "Shinigami." She then placed the bttom handle on his forehead and he suddenly transported to a town that looked like the feudal era! Sheui was shocked and looked up and down, side to side, he even looked at the insects. Startled by this he asked various questions to the people and these so called shinigami.

Once he had his answers he quickly applied to be a shinigami. Going through tremendous stress unlike ever before and visiting the real world once a year with a shinigami to check up on the family. Many years passed and he had raced through the academy with hard work and determination. All he wanted to do is enter Soul Society and protect others from dangers they can't do. As the year passed by making it countless years of total of being dead, Shuei was able to achieve his shikai and understand a great portion of its power while only meeting the spirits three times and then afterward occasionally. When this happening a lot his inner dark spirit within the Zanpakutou allowed him to use and train for Bankai. since then it's been 3 years since Shuei has learned Bankai. Learning and honing his skills he rarely ever uses his Zanpakutou and is mostly known for Kido mastery and memorization. Up until now he is still learning how to use the Bankai. But the dark spirit within his blade is hating him for not using it at full power already and doesn't care for the other half but itself. Shuei serves the Gotei 13 as a captain for division sixth. A new entry into the squads now.*
